Overview
Need to update, edit, or cancel a recurring appointment that you have with a client? Follow the steps below.
Important! You will only be able to edit time and date for individual appointments, not the entire series due to potential conflicts with pre-existing appointments. Changes made for time and date will only affect the appointment you are currently editing and not the others in the series.
Start off by
Login to your account and navigate to the Appointments tab. Find the appointment that you wish to change or update and select Edit.
In the appointment details pop-up, you will have the option to edit the following details that can be applied to all appointments in the recurring series:

- Appointment title
- Duration
- Participant name
- Participant email
- Fee
Adding Participants
Click Add participant and enter the new participant's first name, last name, email address, and fee (if applicable). You'll be prompted to specify what appointments you'd like to apply the changes. You can select to apply the changes to just one appointment or all upcoming appointments in the recurring series.
Before saving the changes, you can choose whether to notify all participants about the edit by toggling the notification button on and off.
Removing Participants
To remove a participant from a group appointment, press the trash icon beside the participant's name. You'll be prompted to specify what appointments you'd like to apply the changes. You can select to apply the changes to just one appointment or all upcoming appointments in the recurring series.
Before saving the changes, you can choose whether to notify all participants about the edit by toggling the notification button on and off.
Any participants that are removed from a recurring series of appointments will get an automatic cancellation notice via email regarding the appointments they have been removed from. That email may look like this
Cancelling a Recurring Appointment
Click on the "Cancel" button and you will be asked to confirm which appointments in your series you want to cancel.
