Form Builder is a newly introduced tool by OnCall Health that allows users (providers and admins) to configure digital interactive forms by themselves. With the Form Builder tool, you will be able to:
- See an overview of all the forms in any divisions that you are a part of
- Create new forms for a desired division
- Edit existing forms
If you do not have the interactive form feature yet, please contact your Account Manager directly for more information.
In order to access the Form Builder tool, please follow the following steps:
1. Log into your OnCall Health account.
2. Click on your name on top right corner and click on "Configuration".
3. Navigate to "Forms" tab.
From here, you will be able to manage all forms in your divisions.
