Use this page to learn about what Active and Archived messages are and how to access them

Login to your account using the login page. The login page can be found in the confirmation email sent by your provider to your email or Here for Canada-based users π¨π¦ or Here for US-based users πΊπΈ
Once logged in, you'll see the "Messages" tab in the middle of your screen
In the messages tab, you'll be greeted with all your Active conversations
An Active conversation is one that is currently being used by either you or your provider.
Clicking into an active conversation will open up a messaging window
In a conversation, you and your provider can send messages to each other and any other participants in the appointment, in addition to sending files to each other. Additionally, your provider can assign forms to you during the conversation
All files and forms that are sent or received during an appointment will be grouped under the attachment list on the right-hand side
You can also access Archived conversations
Archived conversations are those that have happened in the past and are marked as "complete". All messages, forms, and files sent or received during the appointment are still accessible even if the conversation has been marked as "complete". These conversations are presented as "Read-Only", meaning neither you nor the provider can make any edits to these messages once it has been marked as "complete"
Please note that only providers are able to archive conversations.

Login to your account using the mobile app. Once logged in, click on the "Messages" tab at the bottom of your screen

If you are having an issue accessing your active and archived messages, please ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the application by deleting and reinstalling the app.
