Messaging on mobile devices made easier with our introduction to the "Active" and "Archived" pages on our "Messing" tab.
1. Log into the app through your mobile phone.
2. Go to the Messages tab.
3. View 'Active and Archived'.
4. Tap on the Active or Archived to get the list you want.
If you are having issue accessing your active and archived messages, please make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the OnCall Health mobile application by deleting and reinstalling the app.
