Users With An Upcoming Appointment

For a user with an upcoming appointment, find their appointment card under the 'Appointments' screen. Click into the text under 'Forms:' on their appointment card

You'll be shown all the forms assigned to this user, along with the status of the forms. Clicking on the form will show you a preview of it

Users Without An Upcoming Appointment 

For users without an upcoming appointment, find their contact under the 'Roster' tab

Once you click on the correct contact, navigate to the 'Forms' tab. You'll be shown all the forms assigned to this user, along with the status of the forms. Clicking on the form will show you a preview of it
