If you are using your mobile device as your main device to connect with clients and assign forms, you will now be able to check the status of a form on our mobile application.
Please note: If you do not currently have the interactive form feature, please contact your Account Manager directly.
INSIDE ROSTER TAB
1. Log into your account and navigate to your Roster tab.
2. Navigate to the "FORMS" page where you can see a gallery of forms assigned to this particular client.
3. From here, you will be able to see the status of the form:
- If it's completed, there will be a green checkbox on the left side.
- If it's incomplete, you will see an X circle. (shown below)
IN THE APPOINTMENT LIST
1. Log into your account and navigate to the desired appointment.
2. Click on the form and attachment icon
3. You will be able to see all forms associated with this appointment.
4. From here, you will be able to see the status of the form:
- If it's completed, there will be a green checkbox on the left side.
- If it's incomplete, you will see an X circle. (shown below)
If you are having issue checking the status of forms on a mobile device, please make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the OnCall Health mobile application by deleting and reinstalling the app.
