If you are using your mobile device to connect for your appointment and are experiencing unstable connection or video issues, try changing your video resolution by following these steps.
Please note: This feature is only available on version 2.9 or higher of the mobile app.
1. Click on "Join Video Session" and wait until you can see yourself on the screen.
2. Click on the Settings icon on top right corner of the screen.

3. Choose the video resolution that best fits your preference.
