If you are using your mobile device to connect and are having unstable connection issue, try changing your video resolution following these steps.
Please note: This feature is only available on version 2.9 of the OnCall Health mobile app.
1. Click on "Join Video Session" and wait until you can see yourself on the screen.
2. Click on the Settings icon on top right corner of the screen.

3. Choose the video resolution that best fits your preference.
