TO ATTACH A FILE OR FORM
Click on the "Paperclip" icon on bottom right corner. Choose the file or form that you want to upload.
VIEW FILES OR FORMS EXCHANGED IN THE MESSAGING SESSION
1. Click on the Form icon on the top right corner.
2. You will be able to see the list of all forms and files associated with this appointment.
VIEW THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE MESSAGING SESSION
1. Click on the "View (x) participants" button.
2. You will be able to see the list of all participants with their email addresses, including yourself in this list.
CUSTOMIZE ANNOUNCEMENT MESSAGE
1. Click on the Pencil icon to edit the announcement messages in the messaging session.
2. Edit the announcement. Please note that there is a 120-character limit for this announcement message.
COMPLETE THE MESSAGING SESSION
1. Click on this button on top right corner of your messaging session.
2. Click on "Complete" and the messaging session will now move from "Active" tab to "Archived" tab.
