Originally, providers are only able to assign a form to their client if there is an existing appointment with that client. With an effort to simplify this process, we are proud to introduce a new feature that will allow providers to assign a form without an appointment.
Please note: You can only assign a form without an appointment for clients that already have an existing account on the OnCall platform.
1. Log into your account and navigate to the Roster tab.
2. Choose the client that you want to assign the form and navigate to the “Forms and Files” tab.
3. Click on “Add new Form”.
4. Choose the desired form from your gallery on the left hand side and click on “Assign to”.
5. All done! Your client will get a notification email informing them that there is a form assigned to them and they will need to log into their account to access the form.
Once the client completes their form and submits it, you as the provider will receive a confirmation email about the form completion.
