Joining Video Appointments ๐Ÿ“…

On the Web application, patient users can click on the "Join Video Session" button on the appointment card up to 10 minutes before the appointment time. Please refer to this article

Attaching Files ๐Ÿ“Ž

On the Web application, patient users can click on the ๐Ÿ“Ž icon to securely share a file with their provider. Please refer to this article

On the Mobile application, patients users can click "More" button and navigate to "Files" section to "Attach file". Please refer to this article

Live Chat During Appointments ๐Ÿ’ฌ 

On the Web application, you will be able to chat with your provider on the Appointment Summary page during a video session.

On the Mobile application, you will be able to chat with your provider by clicking on the messaging icon.

Access Messaging session (Active and Archive) ๐Ÿ’ฌ

On the Web application, navigate to the "Messages" tab and access Active and Archive messages for messaging sessions

Cancel the appointments if allowed ๐Ÿšซ

On the Web application, you can click on the "Cancel" button to cancel the appointment (if applicable)

On the Mobile application, you can click on the "Cancel Appointment" button after specifying your cancellation reason (if applicable)

Access the "Documents" tab ๐Ÿ“

This tab allows you to access a gallery of all forms and files shared with you by your provider in chronological order

On the Web application, navigate to the "Documents" tab

Download files shared by provider ๐Ÿ“ฉ

On the Web application, navigate to the appointment where the file was shared > click on the โฌ‡ icon. Please refer to this article

On the Mobile application, patients users can click the "More" button and navigate to the "Files" section to click and download the file. Please refer to this article

Updating Payment Information ๐Ÿ’ณ

On the Web application, navigate to your name in the top right corner > Account Settings > Update payment card. Please refer to this article

On the Mobile application, navigate to the "Profile" tab > Update payment information. Please refer to this article

Complete assigned forms โ˜‘

On the Web application, you will be prompted to complete any assigned forms when you log in

Retrieve appointment receipts ๐Ÿงพ

On the Web application, navigate to the Past appointment tab. Find the appointment that you want to retrieve the receipt and click on the Invoice button.

On the Mobile application, navigate to Past appointment tab and click on "Download invoice" button to review your appointment invoice.

To change the language in which the web app is presented in, click on the dropdown menu beside your name in the top right corner
