How to Change the Default Language on Mobile devices

OnCall Health mobile app is currently available in English, French and Spanish. If you wish to use the app in any of these languages, please change the default language on your mobile. For more instructions, please refer to the steps below.

ANDROID DEVICES 

1. Go to Settings

2. Search for “languages

3. Select Languages & Input

4. Select Languages

5. Drag the language of your choice to the top

6. When you open your OnCall Health app, the language should now be updated. 

 

APPLE DEVICES

1. Go to Settings  Apple Settings Icon of Flat style - Available in SVG, PNG, EPS, AI & Icon  fonts

2. Search for "Language"

3. Choose "Language and Region"

4. Change your language to "French", "English" or "Spanish"

5. When you open your OnCall Health app, the language should now be updated.

Please note that if the appointment title was created in English or other languages, it will not be translated automatically.
