How To Join A Video Call Using Your Internet Browser

Welcome to our help center guide on joining your video appointment using your browser! We're here to make the process as friendly and straightforward as possible. Just follow these steps:

After logging in, you'll find your upcoming appointments. Remember, you can join your video appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Look for the "Join Video Session" button and click on it.

Once you've clicked "Join Video Session," a prompt will appear asking you to "Launch Desktop Application." Don't worry, we have a better option for you!


Instead of launching the desktop application, simply click on "Cancel" when the popup appears. 


A prompt will appear, suggesting you download Zoom. But here's the great news: you won't need to install Zoom on your device at all!


Now, you should see a prompt that allows you to join your meeting directly through your browser. Just click on "Join from Your Browser" and you're good to go!


Another tab will open, asking for access to your microphone and camera. Don't worry, we need these permissions to ensure a smooth video experience. Simply click on "Allow" and enter your name in the provided textbox.


Once you're in the meeting, make sure your camera and microphone are turned on and patiently wait for your provider to join you.
