With the most up-to-date version of our mobile app, you will now be able to manage your appointment requests! Follow these simple steps to learn how to do so
Under the 'Pending' tab on the appointments page, you'll see all appointment requests. You'll see the appointment product, patient name, date and time requested, etc.
Clicking into 'More' will show basic patient demographics collected during the request process
If this is your first time reviewing appointment requests on mobile, clicking 'Accept' or 'Decline' will show you the following popup
Regardless if you click 'Accept' or 'Decline', our platform will notify all participants of the outcome
If you decide to 'Accept' the appointment, the appointment will be transferred to your 'Upcoming' tab on the appointments screen
