As of July 1, 2021, OnCall Health's legacy Secure Video Client (SVC) will be sunset. All customers will be prompted to either upgrade to use OnCall's custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare or be prompted to update to a newer version of our SVC.
As a result of pending changes that Google is making to its Chrome browser this coming July (transitioning Chrome’s WebRTC implementation from the current SDP format), OnCall Health has made the decision to offer customers a free upgrade to its custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare or to a newer version of SVC.
All customers will be migrated to OnCall's custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare or to the newer version of SVC by July 1, 2021. If you are migrating to OnCall's custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the video client by reading this article. If you are upgrading to OnCall's newer version of SVC, your experience will be largely the same following the upgrade.
