It's easy to reconcile and track payments made through OnCall Health using the Analytics Dashboard and Stripe.
To begin, click on the Analytics tab within the top right navigation of the app. From there specify the date range of the appointments you'd like to export and reconcile payment for. Then click on Download CSV to obtain a copy of the appointment data.
Next, open up the downloaded Appointment & Analytics CSV, and locate the specific client charge you are looking to reconcile. Once you've located an appointment, make note of the six digit Appointment ID.
Finally, to obtain more information on the payment copy and paste the Appointment ID into the Stripe search field. You will be able to view further information on the transaction, and reconcile between OnCall and Stripe Payments.
