The following article will walk you through the steps to verify your Roster Contacts. Our team has recently updated the format of patient names within the Roster to allow for better integration across platforms. This means the name formats will be split from JohnSalDoe to John Sal Doe. For most Roster lists this should happen automatically, but should some names not be formatted correctly, providers and coordinators will be given the ability to verify their contact names.
Roster Verification Guide
Do note, this change will not impact your client patient accounts. To begin, login to the OnCall Health app and navigate to the Roster tab using the link at the top middle of the screen.
Roster verification can only be done from the OnCall Web App on a laptop or desktop computer. The confirmation cannot be completed on mobile, but you can always click 'Do this later' should you be caught up.
Once on the roster click on Verify Contact Names Now; from there you will be brought to your contacts with the ability to scrub through your roster list.
Be sure to give all your contacts a quick once over, making any updates to the client names as needed.
Lastly, click on Complete Verification at the top left of the Roster contact page. Be sure to only complete the verification once you are sure your contacts are in favourable order.
Accept the acknowledgement and you're good to go! Should you have completed the verification, and are still noticing incorrect names these will need to be updated manually by correcting the information within the contacts name fields.
