  • To begin, ensure your mobile device, desktop, or laptop computer has a reliable internet connection. For a successful appointment try and sit as closest to your router as possible.  Click here to see if your internet speed meets the minimum requirements.

Start by creating a new video appointment with your client. Once Zoom is enabled for your account, all appointments will use Zoom as the video processor.

  • Next, login to your account either through the Google Chrome web browser or the OnCall mobile app. Then download a fresh copy of Zoom using the link for your operating system.

Before you join your video session you can also test your webcam and microphone to ensure you are ready for your appointment with your client.

  • Now that our account is setup, and we've downloaded a fresh copy of Zoom let's go ahead and join our video appointment.  You can do so by pressing the 'Join Video Session' button 10 minutes before your appointment.

Click Here For Mobile Instructions: 📱

As soon as you click join, you will be brought to the appointment launch page.  From there, click on launch desktop application and open Zoom.

If you're using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet, similar instructions apply! Simply tap on 'Join Video Session' 10 minutes before your appointment is set to start.  If asked to give access to your camera and microphone, please click ALLOW to both.
