If your provider is using OnCall's custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare, these instructions will walk you through how to test your webcam and microphone
To begin, please make sure you already have the latest version of Zoom installed. You can click the applicable link below to install Zoom for your device
Click on your name in the top right corner, then choose "Test Webcam and Microphone" from the drop-down menu
Next, go through the steps on the screen
Open the test window and join the test meeting from Zoom to ensure everything is working as it should
