If your provider is using OnCall's custom implementation of Zoom for Healthcare, these instructions will walk you through how to test your webcam and microphone.
Zoom Guide

To begin, ensure you already have the latest version of Zoom installed. You can click the applicable link below to install Zoom for your device.

Click on your name, then "test webcam and microphone"
Next, go through the steps on the screen.

Open the test window from Zoom

Within Zoom, follow the steps to make sure your webcam, speakers, and microphone are working properly.
Click "yes" if you were able to see and hear yourself.
After that, click "All Done" and you're ready for your upcoming appointment!
