Troubleshooting Mobile Login: Not Accepting Email & Password

The following troubleshooting steps will get you back into your account on mobile quickly and with ease!  If you're having trouble logging into the mobile app following the instructions below will help troubleshoot. 🔓

These steps work for both Android and iOS devices: 

Login Guide

  • To begin, ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. You can click the applicable link below to install for your device.

  • Next, confirm there are no spaces between or at the end your email address.  Spaces will result in you not being able to click the next button to login. 


    Pro Tip: Type your email slowly and do not use autofill, check the end of the email and hit backspace.  

  • If all else fails, not to worry!  You can follow the URL below to reset your credentials, and create a new password for your account.  Look out for the email, and you'll be back in your account in no time.
