How to book a follow-up appointment with my healthcare provider

We've introduced a capability to make it easier for patients and clients to book follow up appointments with healthcare providers that they have previously seen. The "Book an appointment" feature allows patients and clients to select from a list of providers they have previously had an appointment with and be prompted to the provider's direct booking page. 

Please note that this feature is only available for some clients. Some accounts may not have access to this feature unless it is requested by the healthcare organization.

Refer to the following instructions in order to learn more about how to book another appointment with healthcare providers. 

  1. From the dashboard, navigate to "Book appointment" button below your name

  2. Tap "Choose previous provider" if you are looking to book an appointment with a previously seen provider

  3. Select the healthcare provider that you want to book an appointment with from the list

  4. You will be redirected to the provider's direct booking page on a different tab on your browser, where you can select a service that you want to book, select your available date and time and complete your appointment request

Please note that once you finish requesting an appointment, the request will be pending until it is accepted by the healthcare provider. Please contact your healthcare provider directly if they have not actioned on your request before your available time and date.
