New Features/ Functionalities

1. Ability to view completed appointments

Providers, Coordinators, and Administrators can now view completed appointment summaries on the past appointments tab. This will allow your team to easily review completed appointments. You can edit custom appointment fields, view your chat, and share documents.

A couple of feature enhancements that we’ve made

1. Ability to map responses from dropdown questions in forms to custom Roster fields

Users can now choose to map back a dropdown form response to a custom field in roster. This will allow users to standardize responses to form questions and also give users the ability to report back on those responses (eg. referral sources, demographics, etc.). Watch the short video below to see how you can set this up in your workflow

2. Ability to view forms associated with declined appointment requests

We made sure that we are keeping all patient forms in the patients roster record! Previously, any forms that were attached to an appointment request that was declined would disappear. However, now our users can see all forms in the patients roster in the Forms & Files tab. Declined appointment request forms will appear as displayed in the screenshot below

3. Redesign of login modal on the booking page

A small design refresh to our booking page! You’ll notice now that the login modal that can be accessed from the top right corner (by tapping on ”Login”) has been updated to be consistent with our designs, and also provide a better experience for our patients.

Bug fixes

1. Allow patients to use discount codes for unlimited times or just one time

We fixed a bug that was preventing clients from using a discount code only once. With this fix, clients can enter a discount code that cannot be used again (if necessary).

2. "Unable to join video session" alert for Android 12 users

For users whose sessions are powered by Zoom, they will not be able to join video appointments on the mobile app if their operating system is Android 12. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working with our third party tool to support this Android 12 operating system.
