New Features/ Functionalities

Ability to send out an email to participants after the completion of an appointment

Follow up communication can now be sent to participants after an appointment has been completed. This allows your organization to add any custom content to follow-up emails, letting you tailor them to your needs. Some examples of what could be added to this email are

  • thank you message to participants,
  • link to complete a survey,
  • prompt to book another appointments,
  • and more!

A couple of feature enhancements that we’ve made

Small redesign of the form list when assigning a patient form

We’ve cleaned up the forms list when a provider/coordinator is assigning a form to a participant. Previously, our form titles would get cut off but now we’ve ensured that the entire title is displayed and easy to view. We’ve also polished the UI to match the rest of our app.

Prompt to download the mobile app on mobile browser

Providers and coordinators can now be prompted to download our mobile app via this beautiful redirect page after clicking on “Visit your account” button in email notifications.

Bug fixes

When patients were previously being onboarded, they were always seeing the name of their first provider but that provider name would not update based on the latest provider. To avoid this confusion, we have removed the provider name from Onboarding.
