Allow Android 12 users to join video sessions powered by Zoom while showing a warning message about possible bluetooth difficulties
For users whose sessions are powered by Zoom, they will now be able to join video appointments on the mobile app if their operating system is Android 12. However, please be aware of possible difficulties with Bluetooth devices when joining these sessions.
In order to troubleshoot this issue, you can use a wired headphone or follow the instruction here
A couple of feature enhancements that we’ve made
- We have made an improvement to our booking page. For clients that are requesting to book an appointment, we will no longer require them to enter payment information if they are already logged in and have previously already provided payment information to us.
- We have also updated the design for appointment cards on mobile app to hide the “Participants” tab for patient/ client user type and always display appointment details in the appointment list for all user types.
- We have fixed a bug which will allow providers and coordinators to now process payments for appointments that were canceled by patients and had a cancellation fee that failed to charge. Previously, users were not able to charge the appointment after the cancellation fee charge had failed. It’s available on both web application and mobile application.
- We have fixed a bug which will allow users to view completed short answers in a form more easily by expanding the box to fit the answer. Previously, users will only see a partial answer with a “...” to indicate that the answer is longer
