Using participant names for Zoom-powered appointments

Participants joining a video appointment powered by Zoom will now see the participant names set by the provider or staff who created the appointment, not as the Zoom account name on their own device. This will be followed shortly by the option to anonymize participant names, which would be extremely helpful if you frequently conduct group appointments. 

A couple of feature enhancements that we’ve made

  • We have updated the document assignment modal to split uploading file and assigning form into 2 separate pages

Bug fixes

  • On the booking page, when a service is configured to be automatically assigned to a provider,  patients/clients will not be prompted back to the “Select a service” step anymore. Prior to this, patients/clients were randomly prompted back to selecting a service even if you have chosen a service.
