Step One: Hardware Setup 🌎
To begin, ensure your mobile device, desktop, or laptop computer has a reliable internet connection. For a successful appointment, try and sit as close to your internet router as possible. Click here to see if your internet speeds meet the minimum requirements.
Step Two: App Download ⬇️

Login to your account here for Canadian Users and here for US Users. Once logged in, download the latest version of Zoom linked below based on your operating system.
Once you've logged in to your account, click Your Name > Test your webcam and microphone.
Follow the on-screen instructions to test your microphone and webcam prior to your appointment.

Download the corresponding app linked below based on your mobile device.
Before joining your video session, please test your microphone and webcam to ensure you are ready for your appointment.
Step Three: Joining Video Appointments 📹
Now that you've setup your account and downloaded the appropriate software, it's time to join your video appointment. You can join your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Desktop/Laptop 🖥 (click here for Android/iOS 📱)
When it's time for your appointment, click the "Join Video Session" button
You will be prompted to launch the desktop application, click on "Launch Desktop Application"
Another window will open prompting you to open Zoom, click "Open Zoom.us"
Once you've clicked "Open Zoom.us", you will automatically be connected to the meeting. If no one is in the meeting, please wait for your appointment time for your provider to connect.

When it's time for your appointment, click the "Join" button
You may be asked to give access to your microphone and camera, click "ALLOW" for both
