This checklist will ensure you have everything needed to meet with your provider or clinic virtually

Start by scheduling an appointment with your care provider or clinic. If your provider is using Zoom, please follow these instructions
App Download ⬇️
Download the Zoom app for your computer or the OnCall Health mobile app on your phone/tablet. If you did not receive an email prompting you to do so, please click on one of the following tiles based on your operating system.
Hardware Check ⚙️
You can test your microphone and camera settings through the Zoom app on your computer before meeting with your care provider or clinic.
Open the Zoom app on your computer and click on your icon in the top right corner. Navigate to Settings > Video > Audio. Within the Video and Audio tabs, you should see a preview of your webcam and visual feedback that your microphone is picking up audio.
Go Live 🩺
You can join your virtual appointments up to 10 prior to the start of your appointment. The "Join Video Session" button will be illuminated 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
When clicked on, you will be prompted to open Zoom. Click "Open Zoom.us".
