This guide will walk you through the steps needed to connect with your provider on a mobile device

Appointment Creation 🗓
Once your provider or clinic books you in for an appointment, you'll receive an email notification. You'll be prompted to create a password, click on "HERE" to get started
Setting a Password 🔐
You'll be redirected to a page to create a password. Enter in a complex but memorable password.
Your appointment will also be displayed on this screen.
App Download ⬇️
Once you've successfully set a password for your account, you'll be prompted to download the app your provider will use to connect with you
If you are not prompted to download an app, please follow the links below based on your device
Logging In 👤
Once downloaded, open the app and log in with your email and password
After logging in, you'll see a list of all your upcoming appointments
Joining Your Video Appointments 📹
10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, the "Join" button will be illuminated
Once clicked, you may be asked to provide access to your camera and microphone. Click "OK" to both prompts
You've successfully joined your video appointment!
