Here are a few Best Practices before we get started. These tips will guide you through your use of the OnCall Health platform, setting you up for success

The 24-Hour Rule 🕑

Get set up for your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time if this is your first time using our platform

Early Setup + Early Login = Easy Call 🤓

We encourage all users to log in to your account no later than 1 hour prior to your appointment to ensure you have ample time needed to get set up and contact support if needed

Login = Email Address + Password 👤

Your login credentials consist of the email address the provider sent your appointment details to + the password you created during the setup process. We recommend using a complex but memorable password for your account. You can also use an online password generator if you're stuck

Forget it, and Reset it! 🤔

If you're having trouble remembering your password to your account, don't worry; just reset it! Password resets are an option on the login screen

Choose the Right URL 🌎

OnCall Health is used in both the US and Canada, so ensure you are logging in using the correct site (oncallhealth.com vs. oncallhealth.ca)
