How To Join A Video Appointment On Your Computer For The First Time

Here's how to prepare for your first video on your desktop/laptop

Appointment Creation 🗓

Once your provider or clinic books you in for an appointment, you'll receive an email notification. You'll be prompted to create a password, click on "HERE" to get started

Setting a Password 🔐

You'll be redirected to a page to create a password. Enter in a complex but memorable password.

Your appointment will also be displayed on this screen.

Once you've logged in to your account, click Your Name > Test your webcam and microphone.

Follow the on-screen instructions to test your microphone and webcam prior to your appointment.

Joining Your Video Appointments 📹

10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, the "Join" button will be illuminated

You will be prompted to launch the desktop application, click on "Launch Desktop Application"

Another window will open prompting you to open the Secure Video Client, click "Open Secure Video Client"

If this is your first time using the Secure Video Client (SVC), you will be prompted to allow the use of your microphone and camera. Hit "OK" on both windows.

Congratulations! 🎉

You've successfully joined your video appointment!
