Here's a guide to follow on how to best prepare for a phone appointment with your provider

Appointment Creation 🗓

Once your provider or clinic books you in for an appointment, you'll receive an email notification. You'll be prompted to create a password, click on "HERE" to get started

Setting a Password 🔐

You'll be redirected to a page to create a password. Enter in a complex but memorable password.

Your appointment will also be displayed on this screen.

Joining Your Appointments 📞

When it comes time for your appointment, it will take place over the phone. If your provider will be reaching out to you, ensure they have the most up-to-date contact number on file. If you will be reaching out to them, ensure you have their phone number and any other details required.
