Welcome to our Help Centre! We're here to help you during your video call appointment and make sure you make the most of the available features. Let's go through them together:

Hang Up 📞

When you're ready to end the video call with your provider, simply click on the red "End" button in the bottom right corner of your window. Alternatively, you can also click the "X" or red circle in the top left corner.

Mute or Unmute Your Microphone 🎤

To control your microphone, locate the microphone icon in the bottom left corner of your screen. Click on it to mute or unmute your microphone. When it's muted, the person on the other end won't be able to hear you.

If you have multiple microphone inputs on your computer, no worries! Just click on the "^" arrow next to the microphone icon, and you can choose the one you want to use.

Hide or Unhide Your Camera 📷

To toggle your camera on or off, find the camera icon in the bottom left corner of your screen. Click on it to hide or unhide your camera. When it's hidden, the person on the other end won't be able to see you.

If you have multiple camera inputs on your computer, we've got you covered! Simply click on the "^" arrow next to the camera icon, and you can select the camera you want to use.

Share Your Screen 🖥

If you need to share your screen with your provider, click on the green icon in the middle of your bottom toolbar. You'll be prompted to choose which screen you'd like to share. When screen sharing is enabled, the person on the other end will be able to see your entire desktop screen, including any notifications you receive.
