Once your video call has connected, use this article to explore various features available for you during your appointment

Mute or Unmute Your Microphone 🎤
Hang Up 📞
Click on the red "End" button in the bottom right of your window to hang up/end the video call with your provider. You can also click the "X" or red circle in the top left corner to hang up/end the video call as well
Mute or Unmute Your Microphone 🎤
Click on the microphone icon in the bottom left corner of your screen to mute or unmute your microphone. When enabled, the user on the other end of the call will not be able to hear you
Selecting a Microphone
If your computer has multiple microphone inputs, you can click on the "^" arrow next to the microphone icon to select your input
Hide or Unhide Your Camera 📷
Click on the camera icon in the bottom left corner of your screen to hide or unhide your camera. When enabled, the user on the other end of the call will not be able to see you

If your computer has multiple camera inputs, you can click on the "^" arrow next to the camera icon to select your input
Share Your Screen 🖥
Click on the green icon in the middle of your bottom toolbar to share your screen. You'll be asked which screen you'd like to share. When enabled, the user on the other end of the call will be able to see your entire desktop screen (including any notifications you may receive during this time)
Messaging Your Provider 💬
In the case where you need to send a message or file to your provider, switch back to your web brower window where you logged in. You should see a chat window on the right side of your screen with the option to send files
