Service- specific booking link for patients

This type of booking link can be used to prompt patients to skip “Select a service” step on the booking page, which could be used for a campaign to promote a specific type of service or direct patients to select a provider after they have specified their desired service somewhere else. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information about this

Surface patient join date and time in Analytics

As a provider or coordinator user with Analytics access, you will be able to download our Analytics csv to view participant join date and time to better understand their participation

Feature enhancements

Forms in multiple divisions

  • You can now have a template form that belongs to multiple divisions in your organization. Changes to a template form will be applied to all divisions associated with it at once, resulting in time savings.
  • If you want to remove a template form from one division, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, deleting a form via Form Builder tool will result in form being removed from all divisions that it is associated with.

Redesign the navigation bar on the platform

  • We have moved the tab headings to be left-aligned and separated "Platform configuration" and "User Management" tools to be under the mceclip2.png icon, which provide tools to configure settings for divisions or organizations
