How to manage appointment charges as a provider?

If you have payment processing on the OnCall Health platform, you will be able to view and manage all appointment payments in one tab via our Billing section.

First, please navigate to "Billing" section in order to access all payments


Within this section, you will be able to access all charges for appointments that you hosted in the "Appointment Charges" sub nav


  • Information that is available in this table:
    • Appointment title: title of the appointment when the appointment was created
    • Appointment ID
    • Participant: name of the participant in appointment 
      • If it is a group appointment, each participant will be in a separate row with the same appointment ID
    • Charge type: how the appointment was charged
      • Completion - appointment was successfully completed
      • Cancellation fee - appointment was cancelled by participants or marked as no-show
      • Waived - appointment fee was waived when completing 
    • Fee: fee of the appointment
    • Date: the day when the charge is attempted 
    • Status: the status of the charge 
      • Succeeded: when the charge is processed successfully 
      • Failed: when the charge is processed unsuccessfully
      • Pending: when the charge is being processed
  • You will be able to download the invoice for successfully charged transactions


  • You will be able to reprocess payment for unsuccessfully charged transactions


  • You will also have the ability to filter by division or search by appointment title or participant name in order to find your desired charge


Please note

  • You will not be able to see reasons for failure via this table. Reasons for failure can be viewed if you have access to your organization's Stripe account
