New Features

Billing tab

“Billing” tab allows providers, coordinators and admins to view and manage payments related to your division(s). Please note that this is only applicable to organizations that process payments via OnCall.

There are 3 separate pages under "Billing" tab

  • Appointment charges: showing all charges related to your appointments (for provider users) and within your divisions (for coordinator users)

  • Subscription charges: showing all charges related to subscriptions associated with you (for provider users) and within your divisions (for coordinator users)

  • Subscription plans: showing all subscriptions associated with you (for provider users) and within your division (for coordinator users)

Functionalities supported in each page

  • Appointment charges: view all payments and related info, view invoice for successfully charged appointments, reprocess charge for unsuccessfully charged appointments, search, sort and filter by division
  • Subscription charges: view all payments and related info, search, sort and filter by division
  • Subscription plans: view all subscriptions, view next billing date or end date, deactivate subscriptions (coming soon), search, sort and filter by division

Feature enhancement

Update design for ‘Delete contact’ button in Roster

We have repositioned the "Remove contact from roster" button from the bottom of the “Profile” page in Roster to a menu option on the top right of the page

Extend User invitation expiry period to be 7 days

Originally, user invitations will expire 3 days after they are sent. We’ve extended this expiration period to be 7 days in order to support more use cases
